How to Insert Video to PPT

Want to add some videos to PPT presentation to make it more attractive?  Good idea! Problem is not everybody familiars with the PPT very well.

Ok, just relax yourself! I find 3 ways that really work for inserting video to PPT.

1. Put video files and the PowerPoint presentation in a same folder, and then choose Insert> Movies and Sounds> Movie from File. (In PowerPoint 2007, go to Insert tab> Media Clips Group> Movie.)

2. From the dialog box, find and double-click the video file.

Convert with some PPT converter, such as Wondershare PPT2Flash Pro, which has a feature of "Insert Flash" to add Flash files instantly. What's more,  this software also helps you to convert PPT to flash so that you can easily upload the file to web or play with some players.

1. Insert -> object -> Create from file.
2. Find the video file that you want to insert, select “ Display as icon”, and then click ok.
3. Right click the icon -> Action Settings -> Mouse Click -> Run Program, and then view and choose the video you want to insert, at last click ok.

Hope those 3 methods are useful to you.  If you want your PPT more absorbing, you can convert it to DVD video,  and add some attractive effects after converting PPT to video.
